Award for On-The-Road Courtesy???

Yeap, i'm having the mood to blog now, was having this feel on the way home this evening.

Randomly heard this news, "Giving an early signal for turning, giving way to others, drive slowly and carefully are the ways of courtesy on road. You will be awarded cash card (or top up, whatever..) by police if you are spotted behaving nicely on the road".

Hmmm....ok..... this sounds attractive, but i thought we should do this even there are no "AWARDS" given? Do their government really need that to educate they citizens?

For my personal experience, they are really fucked, and that's why thy are labeled as "Kiasu and Kiasi".

Argh......everytime there will be something wrong with my internet connection.....damn....that's all for today.
